Argentina Will Face Brazil in the Final
Argentina defeated Canada 2-0 in the semifinals of the Copa America on Tuesday night, booking their place in the final against Brazil. Lionel Messi inspired the victory, scoring one goal and setting up the other.
Argentina took the lead in the 10th minute when Messi played a perfect pass to Julian Alvarez, who finished with a clinical strike. Messi then doubled the lead in the 57th minute with a trademark free-kick.
Canada had a few good chances to get back into the game, but they were unable to find the back of the net. Argentina held on for the win and will now face Brazil in the final on Saturday.
